INVITATION  TO BID FOR  (goods)
NAME OF PROJECT:  PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE FIXTURES & EQUIPMENTS

 

  1. The Local Government Unit of Tuao, Cagayan through General Fund intends to  apply the sum of  Php 296,807.95   being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under  the contract for PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF OFFICES FIXTURE & EQUIPMENTS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The Local Government Unit of Tuao now invites bids for PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE FIXTURE & EQUIPMENT. Delivery of goods is required WITHIN 30 calendar days upon receipt of NOTICE OF AWARD.  Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.  The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
