The Traveling Science Centrum formally started last September 7, 2015 at Centro East (Naruangan), Tuao, Cagayan.

This said activity was made possible thru the joint partnership of the Local Government Unit of Tuao headed by Hon. Atty. Francisco Jun Mamba, Jr., Department of Science and Technology and the Philippine Foundation of Science and Technology.

August 10, 2015 Convergence was held at the ISTC -TESDA Bldg-Cassily Lake Resort presided by Mayor Atty. Francisco Jun Mamba where he thanked everyone on their participation to the Blessing of the Candle Chapel and discussing the main agenda re-San Roque Fiesta activities from August 15-19, 2015. The Mayor also expressed his sincerest thanks to our barangay-dep-ed-cso's/ngo's-lgu's team efforts in the development of cassily lake resort especially on ground improvement and beautification.

Included in the line-up of Fiesta East activities is the People's Caravan wherein all National Govt Agencies NGA'S (DAR, DTI, DOH, DILG, DENR, DSWD, PNP RO2, POPCOM, & other NGA's will be having a one-day gathering to render their respective services to the constituents of Tuao. This activity will be facilitated by the CSU-Piat Campus in cooperation with LGU of Tuao.

In line with the celebration of the TUAO EAST PATRONAL TOWN FIESTA 2015 is the traditional TREE PLANTING ACTIVITY dubbed as "ARBOUR DAY"

This said activity was then initiated by the Local Government Unit of Tuao thru the leadership of Hon. Atty. Francisco Jun Mamba, Jr. and PLLO Secretary Manuel N. Mamba. This activity is in collaboration with the Department of Science and Technology headed by the Provincial Director Teresita Tabaog and the Mariano Marcos State University headed by Assistant Professor Charlie Batin.

This traditional tree planting activity was participated by the different National Agencies, DepEd Family, business sectors of Eastern and Western Tuao, youth (students), visitors from nearby towns, and the LGU Employees.
