The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Tuao headed by Hon. Atty. Francisco Jun Mamba, Jr. led the distribution of Membership Data Record (MDR) to members of the Association of Barangay Captain (ABC).

The Local Government Unit of Tuao headed by Mayor Atty. Francisco Jun Mamba, Jr. with the collaborative effort of the Philippine Band of Mercy conducted the FREE CLEF LIP/PALATE OPERATION last June 5-6, 2015 at Tuao Birthing Center wherein 17 patients from within and outside Tuao were given the chance to smile the brightest and with confidence.
