The Philipine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Region 02 in cooperation with the Local Government Unit of Tuao conducted the Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) Seminar with the aim of educating people especially the youth about the harmful and damaging effects of drugs and to prevent them form using it.

This said activity is being participated by the the Barangay Officials of East and West together with their Chief Tanods, Sangguniang Bayan Members, Department Heads, LGU Employees, students/youths.

The Grand Finals for the Tuao Christmas Choral Competition was held at the Leonardo N. Mamba Gymnasium 1 and this undertaking was initiated by no other than our Hon. Mayor Atty. Francisco Jun Mamba to futher develop the singing talents of the Tuaoenos... Winners for Week 1 (Dec. 6-Fugu- Alabug E/S) & Bagumbayan E/S for the elem category; INHS Alabug & INATs Bagumbayan), Week 2 (Dec 13--Mambacag E/S & Tuao Central E/S ; TVTS Malummin & TVTS Culung for the H.S.), Week 3 ( Battung E/S & Bugnay ES) competed last December 27, 2014 in separate categories. Adjudged winners are the following: Elementary Category: Grand Champion-Tuao Central ES; 2nd Place- Bagumbayan ES; 3rd Place-Fugu-Alabug ES... For the High School Category: Grand Champion-INHS Alabug; 2nd Place-INATS Bagumbayan ; 3rd place-TVTS Malummin. For both categories, 1st Prize will receive a cash prize of P20,000.00 each ; 2nd Prize-P 15,000 each and 3rd Prize-P10,000 each. Thanks to our Judges (Retired Music Teachers) from week 1 up to the culmination of this activity: Mr. Hernando Chavente, Mrs. Consuelo Serrano, Mrs. Leticia Cipriano, Mrs. Wilma Somera (week 1), Mrs. Rosalina Musni (week 2)..
