A yearly event sponsored by the Local Government Unit of Tuao thru Mayor Atty. Francisco Kiko Mamba Jr. for our children and our youth. This activity promotes and develops the skills of children and youth in any field of sports. It is one way to keep the youth be exposed in this kind of event rather than drugs. Also one strategy of the LGU of Tuao to avoid juvenile delinquency.

This year's Garden Fair was held at the Municipal Hall grounds.
Local products from the different barangays and schools (high school and elementary both east and west) were displayed in their respective booths.
The opening of Garden Fair was graced by Governor Manuel Mamba, Mayor Atty. Francisco Kiko Mamba Jr., Vice Mayor William Mamba, SB member for the Committee on Garden Fair Kag. Felisa Tabao, DistSupervisor East mam Gilda Trinidad, Dist. Supervisor West, Sir Clifford Vallejo and was witnessed by the personnel from the DTI Mam Liza Guzman and Mam Margarett Sales and Negosyo Center staff, Ms. Gracel manegdeg.

Sa tuwing sasapit ang kapistahan ng Sto. Anghel dela Guardia, ang Mahal na Patron ng Parokya ng Kanlurang Tuao, ang Lokal na Pamahalaan ay naghahanda ng iba't ibang palatuntunan bilang pasasalamat at pagpupugay sa mga biyayang natanggap ng buong sambayanan.
At sa taong ito, ang Lokal na Pamahalaan sa Pamumuno ng butihing Mayor na si Atty. Francisco N. Mamba Jr. ay napagkaisahan na ipagdiwang ang "Pista sa Nayon" na may temang "Pattaraddayan" na ang layunin ay ang Pagkakaisa ng mga Tuaoeno.
